i am not revealing whether i made a pun or not

choose whichever is more personally disappointing

after hearing stories from friends that match mine to an eerie exactness i'm 95% sure i have some form of ADD or related condition

friends who've gotten treatment describe it as night and day improvement, being able to accomplish tasks like never before, not losing entire days to procrastination... sounds amazing

i have a psych appt. for 2/20 so hopefully i can get a diagnosis soon

if it all pans out then i will have lived 20 years as an adult before stumbling upon the fact that whatever is wrong with me is treatable. that i'm not "just lazy" which has been my default narrative

anyway, we'll see

i'm having carbs about twice a week now. enjoyed some rice / quinoa mix with dinner tonight

doesn't seem to affect weight loss much, maybe even kickstarting it sometimes? bodies are weird

i get back to my default keto not-hungry mode very quickly, if i even leave it. guess that's good.
