(repost) classic sonic, modern sonic, dreamcast sonic, boom sonic; we're ignoring the best version of sonic and it's Toei Sonic from CD with his weird rigid goku spikes and literally only one facial expression

i played a relaxed 15 minutes of mario odyssey yesterday and it seemed like a pleasant time, even through my games-related jadedness. $50-60 pleasant? probably not, i'm too frugal. but i'd borrow it!
appreciated how light and reasonably fast the switch OS seemed too.
i guess marty o'donnell isn't my jam
must also mention the spectacular intro sequence. it has its own highly distinctive style, sort of reminiscent of the better james bond intros

for xmas eve friend and i viewed the holiday classic Dirty Pair: Project Eden, aka the 1987 DP movie
it is very enjoyable when it's being a highly aesthetic anime music video starring two adorable babes. but for the third or so when characters actually talk it's fairly awful, all dreadful exposition and disappointing characterization
overall an aesthetic triple, if not home run, i would love to see a fan edit that cuts out 90% of the story and maintains a more consistent flow of the lovely music and imagery
video game playlist is up take a listen why not http://www.lonelyfrontier.net/blog/?p=5006
