glad i managed to squeak workout #100 in before 2018

that's about 3x a week since april, with a few exceptions for injury and life events

a conservative estimate suggests i've spent over 8 days inside the gym this year

given how high my team fortress 2 numbers used to be that's very reasonable

it's honestly the key factor that kept me sane this year. seeing my body improve helped me cope with some unhappy shit in my personal life. i'd think, even if everything else sucks, at least i'm doing this for myself.

so... won't stop, can't stop. :P
