...I don't think I forgot it? Because I erased the password from shadow, rebooted, reset it to what I wanted, and then it didn't work again. But then I erased it from shadow again and now only the password I originally set works instead of just letting me in??? Computers are weird.

@Skirmisher the problem is your OS is wearing a fedora. it is euphoric and that cannot be patched or fixed
