I found a bunch of shady streaming sites claiming to have it. What's funny is they all claim to have the subbed version when in fact they all have the dub version. I think what happened is whoever runs these shady sites watched only the first 2 minutes which is the Japanese voice actors speaking in the fictional language of Abh with subtitles, regardless of the version.
