reading about its nutrition profile and actual effects it looks like i was acting on old myths when i decided to buy a 64 oz carton of orange juice for my cold
i usually never drink calories, but orange juice when you're sick had always seemed like A Thing to me
yesterday someone said that given the calories and sugar in juice it was no better than soda. surely it's a little better, i thought, given the vitamin C and whatnot
internet largely disagrees with yester-me. seems i will be better off not finishing the stuff

@alyx if you're not getting your Vitamin C another way like a 6 oz glass daily is a good idea, if that helps you at all
