here's a simple autohotkey script that lets the mousewheel scroll between tabs in Firefox 57+'s default horizontal, top-of-browser tab layout. works very well.
make sure you change the path to that of your own .exe if it's different. you can adjust the height of the zone where wheel-tab scrolling kicks in, too
