dang, Doom VFR (doom 2016 VR version) does not have free locomotion. just teleports and "dash" Afficher plus
@alyx is it worth playing at all?
@Fuego can't say, i don't have much VR time logged, and none with this
but i'm not really interested in action-oriented first-person VR games that only allow limited movement (the worst ones, for me, only let you teleport). it feels like a glorified shooting gallery (more than usual)
an hour or so of free-movement serious sam VR on rift gave me unpleasant tummy twinges, but the fact remains i want to run and jump and swoop and flip and all those fun verbs, in VR.
it's hard now, but as the technology matures this will likely become easier for more people to stomach

steam forum: "The game actually tells you during the tutorial that teleporting is the primary way to move around, so the gameplay was balanced toward that."
so yes, it's really a different game than Doom 2016
there is also a smooth locomotion mod already, apparently only for rift though (not vive)
