it feels like 90% of my follows and the folks they boost are Queer Mastodon, Tech Mastodon, or Weird Mastodon to the point that i feel a little surprised when i stumble upon a (relative) normie-seeming profile on here

i think it would be neat to connect with some of them, though hopefully they'd never ask me what vore is or why sonic seems so frequently involved
