popping back in to note that i was not hallucinating, Word 2016 is very nicely animated on this install. what cemented it is that when i type the cursor moves fluidly to the right. it's pleasant.
never seen that before. maybe it was because i had all animations disabled last W10 install.
seriously this smooth cursor animation in Word makes it so pleasant to see words appearing on screen
now if only coming up with them was easier
