Thinking about buying an epilator now that I'm around half a year on hrt and still have dark chest hairs. Any other #trans girls tried them? Laser is too expensive, shaving is time consuming and depressing.
@ikea_femme yes, for my legs. it feels much smoother than shaving. i have read some concerns about... i don't even remember now, maybe skin damage from all the tearing out of follicles? forget. anyway, the convenience and effectiveness are real.
it still takes a while, better part of an hour for complete legs
when i was shopping all the american-sold ones had internal rechargeable batteries. that seemed BAD. apparently they don't last super long and, well, it can take better part of an hour. therefore i imported a mains-powered euro model. cost close to 100 overall but a quality product.
