i am going to feel this in the morning but i'm also really happy i'm finally getting healthy again after wasting over a year through inaction

my upper body strength, btw, is the lowest ever. push-ups are a bridge too far. downward-facing dog for extended periods is an ordeal. hard to believe it can be fixed tbh

woulda taken a better selfie but my phone sucks and was self-conscious about yoga peeps noticing my vanity 😘
