i am going to feel this in the morning but i'm also really happy i'm finally getting healthy again after wasting over a year through inaction
my upper body strength, btw, is the lowest ever. push-ups are a bridge too far. downward-facing dog for extended periods is an ordeal. hard to believe it can be fixed tbh
woulda taken a better selfie but my phone sucks and was self-conscious about yoga peeps noticing my vanity 😘
@HeckTheCistem aww thanks for your kind encouragement! i'm doing an 84-day (or thereabouts) reddit fitness challenge so that should keep me motivated. but so should just starting. it took forever to start again. i won't throw it away lightly.
i really really really really want to be more ok with my body... see if it's possible to even like it sometimes. this is one way i find out!
