but i did it and now feel good. 🙌
no cardio tho. fuck cardio. 😾 i'm wondering if a hiit approach might make it easier to deal with, but due to its brevity i'm not sure it's as beneficial? just seems hard to believe. i need to read up / get advice
lastly, found a forgotten top that makes it apparent i have some level of boobs, so that's rad. hope i'm not exercising them away
