about 10 days left in 84-day fitness challenge i'm doing and i've gone to the gym 27 times so far
results were near instant and some fat lbs turned into muscle. but after initial changes i settled in at my normal weight (i'd like to lose ~15-20, doc agreed) and an attempted keto diet hasn't killed that spare tire i hate. prob. eating too many carbs? my tolerance is low
sucking it in + lighting makes it look like this. regular angles not as flattering. i would really like to uncover some of the muscles that are growing under the fat, particularly on arms and legs
that's about it. will keep at it cuz i'd be mad at myself if i quit
