I think #VPN is quite expensive. Actually you can say how less money you have, how less privacy you have. Of course someone can use Tor, but it's useless with P2P and it's slower. And all the other options I know off, only offer a small subset of the internet.

So who's going to fix the #privacy of the #poor? (without limiting existing services and speed)
