oh good Windows 10 is forcing me to update to the latest version again. Can't wait to have to revert back to this version, because the update broke something important. again.
@Vann I had a fiasco a few months back where my PC would wake itself up in the middle of the night for some stupid reason. I went deep into Windows Bullshit and found a tick-box that allowed wake timers to function. I unchecked it, which should have stopped ANYTHING from waking up my PC right?
THE VERY NEXT NIGHT it woke up at the same time.
Windows is really stupid.
@witchfynder_finder Same. You can also disable waking from certain input devices too. It'll still wake up on it's own. 'Cause windows doesn't care what you want it to do. But it will let you try.

@Vann in the future try opening services.msc and disabling the windows update service until the next time you want to run it. that seems to work for most people i've heard abotu (and me)

Really I don't even hate the automatic updates.
Right now, I mostly just hate not being able to stop the thing that's taking up the entirety of my bandwidth.
Love using Windows.
Love to not be in control of the things I own.
