@Sylvhem Basically they're both correct, but the first might sound strange in some cases. X of Y makes the X sound more important and also sounds more formal (good for titles). The best rule of thumb I can come up with is:
If talking about a person owning something use X's Y eg. 'Alice's house' not 'the house of Alice'.
X of Y works well if talking about some property of something. eg 'The color of the sky' sounds perfectly fine and works just as well as 'the sky's color'.
also for stories and such 'The Legend of Zelda' sounds like 'The legend regarding Zelda' and 'Zelda's legend' sounds like 'the legend owned by Zelda' if that makes sense
