Startin to get used to how many want to see me as their big sister. Kinda helps with lonely only child feelings.

Today's a day to get productive.

I am getting increasingly upset that a lot of life is "how to cope with shitty jobs".

I like the idea of using "transmisia" instead of "transphobia", but then I read shit like "It's perfectly valid and natural to find trans people disgusting, and you can do that and not be hateful"

(Though I also have to consider how much I avoid writing, like to the point where I post about introspection over my depression instead of writing :P)

You know what my problem's been? Still needing validation, relying on it.

I use it as an addiction that distracts me from accomplishing.

I still want to connect and I still adore hedonism, but I NEED to take time to be productive in my creative projects, in my writing, in getting out things about my characters, to give them a chance to demonstrate themselves.

Talking about them gives me energy, but stories can really solidify them.

That kind of conversation that reminds me what I'm all about.

On the other paw: Screw the publishers, be honest, and if they don't accept it, publish on my own.

When writing for publishers, I kinda have to assume they'll be more centrist than I am, even among furry.

So if I have any "eating the rich", I'll probably have to establish the rich as TOTALLY IRREDEEMABLY EVIL etc.

Hmmm. 9 days to write a story involving furries around the theme of "resistance".

Iiiinteresting.

Good thing I'm in a Nettle mood, eh?
