I'm thinking there's other ways shi can take from someone. Sexually, in bloodplay; can beat someone in a fight, take some of their essence, and move on.

Idea: A spellsword nonbinary wolf, with a very androgynous appearance (can look femme, if a bit butch, when shi wants, generally doesn't mind looking masculine when in armor), that drains the magical essence of those shi devours, and is an opportunistic predator.
