Feeling really out of tune with those around me and feeling out of place, like an invader.

but if the current places here aren't working the greatest for you, know that we're committed to making new ones that hopefully fit a little better 🙇🏻♀️🙏🏻 i want everyone to have somewhere that they feel like they belong

It's often very common for me. What helps is talking to those I value, and realising they value me and it's just my perception that was/is off.
Trust your friends, but ...in case the feeling is so severe you can't bring yourself to do so, please don't blame yourself for it. Open up to someone about it. Posting this here seems to me like a good step in the right direction.
