Ehhh, some disappointment over recent personal events, being strained and stressed by personal development work.
@Ulfra_Wolfe Like, the door to self-doubt gets left open by negative events, so self-doubt walks in and takes over the living room couch, leaves its shoes on the table, eats all the good stuff in the fridge, and constantly has the TV playing sports turned up way loud?
...wait, I think that metaphor got away from me (and ran all over the house knocking things down while leaving muddy footprints).
Just remember that you deserve to exist, and you deserve love, and remember to keep breathing.
