There was a tumblr post I saw that was talking about "I wish I could go on dates with people but without the romantic involvement" and people were like "That's just friendship" and other people were like "No it's this other really complicated thing with a new name" and, like, honestly?
Normalize the FUCK out of highly-emotional, loving friendships. We shouldn't need a new word for that. That's just being friends.
