I haven't been able to get myself into an after-work routine that enables me to make any progress on extracurricular stuff (e.g. writing or craftwork or any of the other things I was doing to occupy myself when I was completely out of work.) @Ulfra_Wolfe has encouraged me to try setting some regular interval, even if it's just fifteen minutes a night, but as is so often with me I never get round to doing anything other than eat, spend a little time with my polycule maybe, and look at social media. :/
@kara_dreamer Gotta decide to spend your time, even when you feel exhausted. It's not going to feel too pleasant to start, but it'll feel worth it when you're in the middle and when you're done. Don't even have to do much, getting *prepared* for a project makes it easier for the next day.
