I know, but I had something metabolically wrong and my doc still doesn't exactly know what, but like

if I don't take thyroid medications my appetite doubles/triples, I feel so hot it's like I'm melting, etc.

the "frog in boiling water" analogy isn't literally true, but figuratively it's surprisingly apt for some things -- I had no idea I was "feeling more heat" in a medically significant way

just thought, hell, apparently I love cold, w/e

another time, I mistook turkey gravy in the fridge, SOMEHOW, for bean dip

and ate an entire bowl of it, cold, with tortilla chips

I was shocked we had bean dip in the fridge, my mom's like "we didn't have bean dip -- WHERE IS THE GRAVY"

well, then. :(

@sydneyfalk There was a time I mistook old oil we were saving to dispose of in the fridge for juice, but I stopped drinking pretty fast, haha.

Yeah, it was SURPRISINGLY tasty 'bean dip', and seemed like, oddly spiced, but not BAD

I think once my brain decided "this is bean dip" it pretty much just tried to figure out "what kind of bean dip could this be?" and didn't consider "motherfucker, this ain't even beans" at all
