@TipsyTentacle Not only that, it's based on this weird idea that "Aryan" was making reference to Atlantis, and not actual peoples we know and measure today that were also PoC! Partly from the Theosophical movement founded by Helena Blavatsky and Henry Olcott.

Though even Blavatsky described them as "varying from dark brown, almost black, red-brown-yellow, down the whitest creamy color, yet of one and the same stock"

@TipsyTentacle This is what I find the most reprehensible part of these conspiracy theories -- denigrating ancient cultures and human accomplishment. There's little question we created supersonic aircraft, but the idea of planting things, inscribing messages on things, and erecting things is so hard for them to grasp?

@TipsyTentacle Granted, there's some VERY GOOD questions about *how* they accomplished much of it -- for instance, how they transported all that material in Egypt. Even recreating the techniques today using water and human labor didn't pan out in the documentary I saw.

Is it a mystery? Nah, I think they were onto the methods; rammed earth slopes to the pyramids and lubricated paths with strong labor.
