So, I am going to play as the Empire of Brazil.
Primary Goals:
Become a communist state.
Maintain all of my sovereign territory.

Secondary Goals:
Unite Latin America under the ideals of communism.
Become one of the world's Great Powers.

Restrictions: No annexation/occupation of Latin American nations for more than five years.
No colonizing Africa (No white man burden here).

I cheated and took the decision to form Brazil early without going through a civil war. (^_^;;) [ the game would probably force me to play as Portugal in the war, so less hassle of me trying to use this console ]
