@TipsyTentacle There are some places where this is pretty much true, though I gather they are scattered and not even widely-known where they exist.
I got HRT prescrips the day I walked in, and only paid $3 for the appointment. (The meds themselves were quite cheap at Costco, possibly also cheap at the clinic.)
