Does it matter if one takes all their estrogen at once compared to spreading it out more evenly?

@TipsyTentacle i looked it up and taking a high dosage once is unlikely to have side effects but if u take too much over a longer period you'll feel stuff like very tender breasts, headaches, insomnia, etc

My doctor said I'll only be on this high dosage for a few months. But tender breasts have been an on off thing, so it's not too bad!!
