@TipsyTentacle @nergdron @TheOtherAMF which is to say, the adjustment period, once over, tends to stabilize but when you cycle (anecdotally but n>150 now) you get the readjustment stuff every two weeks

@TheOtherAMF @nergdron @TipsyTentacle for no actual added gain (theres MAYBE gain if you cycle your estrogen opposite it to mimic actual cycles, but vOv no research and basically no results w/in community there)

@nire @TipsyTentacle @nergdron I dunno. Anecdotally, it helped mine stabilize. I'm probably weird, though. Like, I think the adjustment period was mentally healthier for me or something? Go figure.

Followed recommendations from @nire and switched from medroxy to micronised - seems like mood is stablised (hard to tell, not much access) and boobs notably fuller than after many years on medroxy progesterone. But, also switched to oestrogen implants at the same time so could be a factor too. More expensive here tho. @TheOtherAMF @nergdron @TipsyTentacle
