after you almost exclusively recommended "yoga with adriene" to me for free yoga programs on youtube or so, I've started her program "true" and it really started my practice again! yaaaay!

It's easy enough, not too long, and I can already feel my knee joints getting supported better because my leg muscles are trained again. I do cycle everyday but that's not enough apparently.

I had done next to nothing yoga-related in january and february.
and I started to feel the negative effects of that.

But when cis women violently accuse you of being a rape apologist when you just want to remind that trans women don't have the resources that cis men have, that's a big no.

It happens that every month or so, someone comes onto Mastodon and @'s a bunch of people saying that a user here on Masto is a rapist. They use 4chan and Encyclopedia Dramatica (the same sites used against myself and many other women to hurt us) as references.

Every time we ask them to explain, to give us receipts, to give us anything that isn't fascist nonsense. They always disappear without doing so. It just happened a couple weeks ago.

well the plus side of working from home is I actually do have a beanbag chair crammed under my desk for when I mentally stop

So I wrote them a note that said,

"Hi! Can you please show consideration for other drivers on the road by leaving space behind you? You have a small car but your parking takes up more space than needed, leaving little space behind you for others who could have fit if you moved forward. This is an area with little available parking. Share the road. Thanks!"

My continuing adventure

reminder that assigning a child male/female before they're even old enough to have any input or understanding of that and raising them as a boy or girl is an inherently violent, coercive, and transphobic act

even if you raise them with a strong emphasis on the existence of queer people you're STILL putting social pressure on them & teaching them that cis is the default.
