I've felt chronically lonely for my whole life. It's so hard to find like-minded people. Common interests are not enough; if I can't feel a deeper connection with someone, I'm unable to keep up with them.

I've never found a group where I could have a sense of belonging. I'm always an outsider, never fully anything, never taken along anywhere — or so it seems.

What I want is a deep and affectionate connection with other people. Could it be possible for once somewhere?

@Finrielle Dragon Age, oh yes! I'm in the middle of another playthrough, this time with DLC's too. I so hope to get the next part soon.

@mediapathic I'll look into that. It's always good to have recommendations with supporting argument. My book choices are way too haphazard, and especially Goodreads is failing hard with their recommendation system.

Oh dear, I haven't read any book today yet! Now it's time to do that.

Things worth mentioning that I've already done today:
- translating a dryer's manual
- socializing with my dad
- buying groceries
- editing a novel manuscript.

@ChristianD @Stoori So far I have seen only the option to export & import the accounts you follow or block, but not actually to link or merge accounts. I hope that switching the instance would be easier.

But I may have missed something, as I'm not that tech-savvy myself.

@MerlyBlack I'm a poor teacher, but there surely are resources to study Finnish, if you're interested. :relaxed:
