@Stoori right? I asked my physicist spouse who bicycles about that, and he said it seemed possible. I hope it works!
@gannet It could work, depending on the technology I suppose.
Most obvious hurdle could be that by moving air in front of the bike the air resistance would grow so that more physical power would be needed to push the bike, but perhaps that can be avoided by directing the air properly.
But still, I have a soft spot for all kinds of cycling contraptions. :)
