Here're the nodes for the warp bubble effect if anyone's interested in playing around with them. The keyframe on the less than node controls how "far along" the object the texture is. (With higher values being less coverage).

If anyone has questions feel free to ask, tho I can't guarantee quick or accurate responses, gonna sleep soon plus I'm still learning!

@pan I think it'd be real nice to have slightly longer top canines, ideally of length that can be varied dynamically, however physically impossible that might be ^^'

Alternately: a "zig zag" sharp teeth aesthetic could be nice!

(Also I'd def want my teeth to get straightened out, they've very crooked rn and I'm not that fond of it)

Here's a demo of the "warp bubble" effect I'm working on. Still WIP ofc, but pretty happy with it other than the transparency I forgot to remove and the "overlap" as the bubble converges onto the center warp ring. https://witches.town/media/3xpk1QiV5vfOykHeZiM

Interestingly (to me anyway!) the entire animation is done with cycles' procedural textures - the geometry is actually static!
