It's *really* really good and it's probably my favorite piece of fiction ever, surpassing even FreeSpace 2: Blue Planet 2: War In Heaven!
CWs include, but aren't necessarily limited to: Minor medical, torture (mental and physical), Mind fuckery on a grand scale, institutional oppression on a species-wide scale, some gore, harsh language, interpersonal drama in some cases, a sense of melancholy and fear and loss in some places.
(Trying to be as comprehensive as possible here, but I might be misremembering, forgetting, or over-focusing on something!)
On, and death, lots of death >_>
Plus "traditional" (not sure how else to describe) horror elements in the first several chapters.
