so I have a few questions after looking at :

what stops someone from building a currency with smart contracts?

if someone built such a currency, would it be a microcurrency?

would it be automatically exchangeable?

could it be called a ?

@SoniEx2 Nothing "stops" anyone from building sub-currencies out of etherium smart contracts. That's one of the most common uses of it, in fact.

The main problem is that every transaction of sub-currency still costs ether to process.

Soni L. @SoniEx2

@JTE Yes, but then doesn't every sub-currency also regulate the price of ether? Also can't you like, convert sub-currency into main currency, also through smart contracts?

@SoniEx2 Only if the smart contract allows it. Every function performable has to be explicitly specified.
