Is it ok to like harmful things?
I'd be tempted to say it's not ok, but that kind of thinking led me to feel guilty every time I watched a TV show, to the point where I even selfharmed a few times.
Nowadays, I tend to avoid those shows, even the ones that used to make me feel better. I feel that restraining myself from watching them only hurts me, but less than watching them. But I'm not sure if this is healthy, even if it may be healthier than what I was doing before.
Is it ok to like harmful things? Or should I just keep doing what I'm doing? I really miss some of the shows, but what else can I do about e.g.abusive actors?
