why can't I nest a CW?
@SoniEx2 not how they work. it's an XML tag outside the post text, stored like the info on who posted it and when
@SoniEx2 think of it like how movies are given a single rating, R, PG-13, etc. it's metadata about the whole movie. A CW on a post is like saying "This post is rated X for Gore, Blood, and Sex, viewer discretion is advised." it's info on the whole post. Making it nest-able would require restructuring how CWs work entirely
@shel my issue is I wanna talk about a messed up category within a messed up category, so I need to hide the inner category from ppl who don't wanna see things related to the outer category, and hide the content itself from the ppl who are ok with the outer category but don't wanna see things about the inner category. if that makes sense?
