Hmm... Does witches.town implement featured posts or am I seeing things? (or, more likely, hitting a bug?)

@SoniEx2

To my knowledge, witches.town does not implement such a thing.

Maybe what you saw is the "boost Home/Cauldron ghost notification" ? When someone you follow boosts a message and then unboosts it, this message will still appear in your cauldron (don't know why but it's explicitly in the code. I think it will be removed at some point).

Can you describe in detail what made you think that ?

@Seipas I see a post. it appears without any boost info. it just appears there, like any other post. I'm not following the OP.

@SoniEx2 Yeah when someone you follow unboost something it does that, the post just sit there and you don't even see who boosted it. That's a bit annoying.

@Seipas idk if you're autistic but I am, and "annoying" is an understatement. idk how to put it in words but it's a lot worse than just annoying.

@SoniEx2

I am not, or at least I don't think I am, sorry.
I'm not a native english speaker either so I may not use exactly the right words in the right place.

I'm sorry if that bothers you but there's not very much I can do except posting an issue on the code's repository (and I didn't check but I'm sure a lot of people already did that).

If this message shouldn't appear on anyone's cauldron because it is problematic maybe you can report it ?

@Seipas The post is fine. It's the... uh... unexpectedness of it? That's the problem. Thanks anyway.

@SoniEx2

Well, I'm sorry for you. I can just tell you that it's okay, it's kinda a know bug (I don't see any good reason it works that way).

Good luck, I hope it will not happen to you again and this bug will be fixed soon !
