I knew ignorance and intolerance killed. I knew it but somehow I didn't understand it until yesterday.
The news of your death took me by surprise. I was at work, I read about it and suddenly there was nothing else for me. I couldn't concentrate on anything else. I hardly knew you, I didn't follow you, but somehow your name, your profile picture were familiar.
I wasn't even one of your friends, but that made the blow even worse. To me you were all those faces we see daily, that we expect to always be there, you were each and any one of us, and somehow that makes your loss even more insufferable.
Goodbye Natalie, whom I didn't know but will remember.

Who would develop a mail client with the built-in restriction that it only works on Microsoft accounts (it's a feature I guess 🤣) ? And still call that an «email client» ? I'm… there's so much… I don't know. I shoulda known from their site but still. I think I'll take a break.

It brings me the greatest grief to say that Natalie Nguyen, aka Tipsy Tentacle, at @tipsytentacle is dead. She was a friend to us.
She died of suicide. She died not 100 feet from my door, not even 10 minutes after stepping outside from our party.
She said she was just going for a walk.
It seemed like a good day. It seemed like a good evening.
Maybe I'm wrong, I'd love to be wrong, but... the police handed a friend of mine her stuff and said they didn't need it anymore, and said "I'm sorry for your loss".
With all that «sex war» raging, you'd think there would be more enthusiasm for someone going over to the enemy 🤔
