Des fois je crois que Duolingo a des pouvoirs psys. Première question de révision de russe : «ça veut dire quoi суши ?» (sushi).
Deuxième phrase : traduire «il y a un ours dans le parc» (je suis dans un parc naturel où il y a des ours, ils vendent des clochettes pour les éloigner :grin:)

Et là, en passant le panneau coulissant, je suis saisie par la beauté incroyable de la neige qui tombe juste devant le bain extérieur, le plus chaud du onsen. Je m'assieds dans l'eau brûlante et je la regarde recouvrir les plantes et les pierres.

Sans transition et en direct de l'archipel nippon toujours, à la télé y a un drama médical avec une inf' qui demande à une patiente sourde-muette si elle aime la musique 🙃

(à sa décharge, la patiente avait demandé juste avant si c'était dangereux de faire écouter de la musique à son bébé).

Bon sinon sur une note plus grave, il va falloir prévoir les unités de support psychologique pour les italiens aux JO 2020 à Tokyo parce que le wasabi sur de la mozarella et le miel sur les pizzas 4 fromages, je suis pas certaine qu'ils vont supporter.

Oh come on what ever happened (again!) between us and the rest of the world ? Did I just read that our instance is being blocked by about every other one in the fediverse ? Or is it just awoo.space ? It's hard to follow what's going on when you just log in a couple minutes a day ^^

Yeah, I had one like that at the previous company I was working for.

No, right now I was more thinking about some pages in PERL documentation written by people who obviously think they own the «functional» paradigm and that you must be so confused by so much wisdom at once, and about NixOS where they're so proud to have a system in which «you don't install packages, you declare an environment in which it is installed», but it's virtually impossible to find a simple example of what to write in configuration.nix and when you do it fails miserably and you'll never get documentation to help you understand why it's obvious it couldn't work. 😅

How I hate software gurus thinking they blow your mind because in their system the equivalent of a basic task is completely different and then they repeat as much as they can that «you have to think differently» and that «you don't just <do something>» with their approach. But even though you're perfectly aware of it and you completely master the concept behind because come on people it's really not that complicated, sorry but you're no geniuses, you can't find nowhere the actual description of what to do and if what you attempt doesn't work you'll never be able to find useful help.
You hear me, gurus ? I hate you.
