Why do i use the word «incested» to say that someone in my family raped me ?
Of course it has a link to the word incest, but i want to make clear that it was done to ME. I didn't «had a incestuous relationship». I didn't had a word to say in that. I am a victim.
And incest is a big traumatism. It happened 20y ago and i still struggle from it. It's an illness i'll have to live with.
I am incested.
