Twee2 (https://github.com/Dan-Q/twee2) helps me a ton when I'm doing unconventional Twine stuff.
Another thing that helps a ton is to have firebug/dev console open and inspect whatever I want to do.
I'm doing a big project in Twine right now and I might port it to plain javascript once I'm done prototyping because everything I need to do feels hellish in Twine.

@polyamoryadvice I always try to cover those things by saying I'm always trying to learn new stuff, but I'm not 30 yet, so it might not work out in the long run.

@maiyannah yet people who are oppressed have a lot of feelings about it and everytime I've seen someone not being nice about asking people to change it has been because the person who had to change was reproducing the oppression in some way.
And sometimes there's no polite way to tell someone they're oppressing another person. Like, some people don't want others to point out they're doing something harmful.
@browneyedgirl I'm from Argentina, so I can toot in Spanish. I don't feel comfortable to so if I'm the only one doing it, though.
