Nginx is failing to start

@Rumpelcita We aren't sure if we're supposed to change the example.com in the nginx stuff. Bleh
@spiderrobotpig I'm not sure what those logs mean either. What's your nginx version? I had to configure a new non mastodon site using non nginx the other day and I had some issues due to config files moving somewhere new in the latest version. But honestly I'm just bouncing ideas around at this point.
