a struggle: wanting to write about tech things (interview processes, stuff i've learned, general opinions).
on one hand, writing about it may help someone else coming up behind me.
on the other, i really put my own reputation at risk. this holds me back.

@Rumpelcita if i come off more junior than i am due to a knowledge gap, it can hurt my career.
for clarity, i'm thinking about wider-spread knowledge sharing outside of masto. like keeping a blog, etc.
@pixelpaperyarn I guess I never thought about it that way. Maybe you can avoid that by framing it as advice for beginners? It's the best I can think of at the moment.
@Rumpelcita that's really helpful actually! i do have some spaces online that are discrete for getting feedback, too. so i can write stuff up and then have it vetted. thank you! that was more helpful than you were probably expecting!
