I really want a cigarette. Quitting is real hard

@RaineyMoon :hugs: thanks. It's a lot and this is my like billionth time trying to quit but I really want to. I just keep trying to breathe through the anxiety

@spiderrobotpig ive been trying to quit for the last two years, but between low impulse control and near constant stress ive only been able to cut down :/
