Welp; I should get on with cleaning the kitchen, and then thing. Which thing? I have no idea; there are too many of them!

I also have music I would like to work on. Particularly that sonata for 2 oboes, bassoon, & basso continuo.

I am super proud of the opening adagio. It is a very tight, monothematic movement; very High Baroque. Despite its melodic sparseness, it makes for a kaleidoscope of shifting textures.

I have the main themes of all the remaining movements (vivace, affetuoso, molto allegro). Need to figure out the structure, then hang the themes onto them.

Besides costuming, I really need to work on that writing consultancy thing.

It's gonna be tricky because I have so many, somewhat disparate services I want to provide? From simple copy writing & editing to language creation services.

Kind of hard to build a brand around such a big blob of talent.

Maybe I should split the business up into 2 or 3 parts? Or would that just make things harder? 🤔

I really ought to get back to those breeches. All they need are knee bands and buttons.

After that I should get back into making lace, as my shirt would look awesome therewith. Ditto a cravat.

After that, I need to make a waistcoat. I will probably make it with sleeves. Of course, in the period I'm aiming for (c. 1715), the sleeves were just starting to be discarded.

I forget if I planned to make the back in top fabric. I think not? If I did, it might serve as a sailor's dress.

Pain is definitely subsided, which is yaye.

Nerve(s) still seeming a bit tinglely. Which is not yaye.

At least things seem to be going the right direction? Hopefully a few more days of taking it easy will keep it that way.

Super lucky that it's playing out this way: that means not only am I getting quick pain relief, but there's also another 5 sessions of PT in which to build up the muscles that can prevent a repeat.

Uh, sorry, shopper: thyme is NOT a valid replacement for tarragon. 🙃

ATM I honestly can't tell if my nerve symptoms have improved or not.

That's the tricky thing with bulging discs, I guess? The pain might decrease, so you think you're better.

But you're not, if you still feel that electric tingle. And that can be hard to pinpoint.

Is it real, or is it just in my head?

Ooof. That was a long talk with Giene. I love him but he almost always wears me out >_<;

One annoying thing about this right-side pain is that it requires me to shift my weight to my "bad" side.

This is messing with my walking game.
