got an unusual request. I'm gonna be in San Diego starting tomorrow (7 March) and ending the Friday after next (16 March)

I'm being forced to travel with supplies for injecting estradiol valerate and I'm a little paranoid about losing them at the airport

so if you're a trans woman in San Diego and you inject estradiol valerate in oil for your HRT, I'd like a word with you

basically it'd be nice if someone could spare a shot if I absolutely needed it

If you liked the old Livejournal concept, but hate what the Russian owners have done with the place, I recommend trying out Dreamwidth.

It's based on a fork of the original LJ code, but continually developed since then for a much better experience. The people who run the place care about community and they're definitely LGBT+ friendly.

Interesting factoid of the day:
You choose if internet archive will archive your site or not using a file called robots.txt

This file comes from a 1990s era agreement between libraries when they thought lots of people would be archiving websites

Today the only place you can find a copy of that agreement is internet archive as no one but them actually went through with plans to archive websites.
