Got an ultrasound treatment at PT. He wants to wait another week before we start working on strengthening exercises.

For me it was cast into sharp relief after my RFA. Instantly, most of my pain was gone.

Suddenly I had a life again.

I'm lucky that my pain had a quick fix. I hope you can manage yours well.

@kara @Leucrotta @green Acetaminophen alone can, in excess or with long term use, can cause liver failure.

What I've read about kava-kava is about 50/40/10: "this is dangerous"/"this could be dangerous"/"this stuff is safe".

So yeah, I personally stay away from kava-kava usually. Œstrogen can stress the liver, and I'm already taking it; no sense flirting with needing borrowed organs, IMO.

Did shopping. C did the heavy lifting but my back is irritated enough that I'm now icing it. Whee.

@kara @Leucrotta @green If you try kava-kava be *very* careful. It can be quite hepatotoxic (causing liver damage). Never, ever do both that and acetaminophen/paracetamol in proximity to each other.
