Tentative diagnosis: bulging disc, L5-S1 (spine to pelvis).

Official prognosis: either this should get better in about a week, or I've got a long term problem.

Treatment: coddle the Hecate out of my back, and ice regularly.

And it looks like my doc listened to me. There's probably a week's supply here, possibly two.

I just so, so, so wish that everyone could have as good an experience with their doctors as I do.

This week's laundry has sorted neatly into two loads:

Well the good news is: I'm gonna get some tramadol.

The bad news is: I think it's just a three-day supply. My doc seemed to want to refer me to the pain clinic for anything more.

Which, I told her, is not a good fit for me: they are pretty insistent on including psychology, which I already have *plenty* of.

I am good at managing my brainspace, even during a pain flare.

This means I could be *teaching* this stuff.

I have a feeling I'm not going to say hi to Giene today... ∑:s

Uhm... this is weird.

My storage place's web site isn't working, and upon attempting to email their help desk (which is what the page says to do), I'm told that I can't email to that address because I'm not part of their organization.

This is 2018. HOW DO YOU EVEN HAVE SUCH A BROKEN THING IN THIS DAY AND AGE.
